| 摘 要： | 目的：对尿毒清薄膜片的纯化工艺进行研究。方法：以薄层鉴别和含量测定为指标，采用正交设计方法优先尿毒清提取液的分离与纯化工艺条件。结果：采用澄清剂方法纯化效果理想，影响分离纯化效果的最大影响因素为药液浓度，其次为药液温度和澄清剂用量。

| Abstract: | Objective:To Study the purification process of Niaoduqing film-tablet.Methods:The Optimum separation and purification process conditions were studied by the orthogonal test with TLC identification and content determination as markers.Result:The purification effect was perfact with clarifier.The most important factor influencing the separation and purification was concentration of medication solution and then were the temperature of medication solution and the dosage of clarifier. |
