电针对脑缺血再灌注大鼠线粒体Ca^2+值及Na^+-K^+-ATP酶活性的影响

摘    要:目的:探讨电针对局灶性脑缺血再灌注大鼠大脑线粒体Ca^2+直及Na^+-K^+-ATP酶活性的影响。方法:将动物随机分为正常组、模型组、电针组,采用改的Longa线栓法制作局灶性脑缺血再灌注模型。电针组于造模后针刺水沟、犬椎、三阴交,捻转刺激30s后,接电针仪,持续20min。结果:模型组Na^+-K^+-ATP酶活性较正常组显著下降,Ca^2+值则较正常组明显升高;电针组Na^+-K^+-ATP酶活性与模型组比较有明显升高,Ca^2+值较模型组显著降低。结论:电针可以提高缺血再灌注区域线粒体抗氧化损伤的能力,提高线粒体神经元细胞的能量代谢能力,从而发挥对缺血再灌注线粒体损伤的保护作用。

The Influence of Electro-acupuncture on Contents of Ca^2+ and Na^+-K^+-ATPase Activity of Mitochondria in Rats with Cerebral Ischemia and Reperfusion Injury

Abstract:Objective: To explore the mechanism of electro-acupuncture(EA) on contents of Ca^2+ and Na^+-k^+-ATPase activity of mitochondria in rats with cerebra/ ischemia and reperfusion injury. Methods: A SD rat model of focal cerebral ischemia reperfusion was made by filament occlusion with Longa method. The rat s were randomly divided into a normal group, a model group, an EA group. EA was given at "Shuigou", "Dazhui" and "Sanyinjiao" in the EA group which are stimulated in twisting and turning for 30 seconds, and linked electro-acupuncture apparatus for 20 minutes. Results: Na^+-K^+-ATPase activity in model group was significantly decreased and contents of Ca^2+ in model group was significantly increased as compared with those in the normal group (P〈0.01, P〈0.05). EA group of Na^+-K^+-ATPase activity was significantly increased, and contents of Ca^2+ was significantly decreased as compared with those in the model group (P〈0.01, P〈0.05). Conclusions: EA could improve the capability of mitochondria in ischemia and reperfusion injury, and increase the neuron cell of mitochondria energy metabolism. It is indicated that the mechanism of the preventive action of EA on ischemic brain injury may be related to its protection of mitochondria impaired.
