旋花苗的生药学研究

目的：对旋花苗进行生药学研究，为临床应用和开发利用提供参考资料。方法：采用性状鉴定和显微鉴定。结果：旋花苗茎横切面的皮层和髓部薄壁细胞发达，维管柬类型为双韧型维管柬。叶横切面栅栏组织由2列短柱状细胞组成，主脉维管柬也是双韧型维管柬。粉末中导管和纤维较多，气孔为平轴式。结论：旋花苗的这些生药学特征可用于鉴别该生药。

Pharmacognosic Study on the Seedling of Calystegia Sepium （L） R. Br.

Objective： To conduct pharmacognosical studies on the seedling of Calystegia sepium （L） R. Br. For offering references to their clinical development and usage. Method： By identifying their characters and microscopic structures. Results： The cortex of its stem transverse section and pith are rich in thin-walled cells, and its vascular burdls and main vein vascular burdls are biphloemed. The palisade tissues in its leaf cross section are made up of 2 rows of short-column cells. There are many ducts and fibers in the powder and the pores are level-axised.Conclusion： The results can be used for its identification.
