2005—2009年重庆市抗酸杆菌痰涂片盲法复检结果分析

目的：对重庆市承担结核病控制项目的基层疾病预防控制机构和独立结核病防治所痰涂片进行盲法复检,分析存在的问题,以期严格控制痰涂片质量和镜检能力,提高涂阳肺结核患者的发现率。方法：按照《中国结核病防治规划实施工作指南》（EQA）的要求,对重庆市40个区县结核病实验室进行痰涂片盲法复检。结果：复检符合率为95.45%、98.26%、99.02%、98.79%、99.55%,呈总体上升趋势。结论：痰涂片质控是对痰检人员的技术操作和责任心最直接的一个控制尺度,EQA盲法复检及现场督导有利于发现问题,及时纠正。

Analysis of Blinded -Rechecking Results of Sputum Smear with Acid -Fast Bacilli from 2005 to 2009 in Chongqing

Objective：TO analyze the quality control results of blind reexamination of sputum smear from the basic disease control and prevention system and the independent tuberculosis dispensary in the tuberculosis control project of Chongqing, strictly to control the quality of tuberculosis sputum smear and microscopic examination, especially increase the detection rate of smear positive TB patients. Methods： Accorded the Handbook of Quality Assurance of Sputum Examination, Chinese Tuberculosis Prevention and Control Plan, the blind reexamination of sputum smear of TB lab in 40 counties were carried out. Results：The coincidence rate of reexamination was 95.45% , 98.26% , 99.02% , 98.79% and 99.55% , which showed an general increasing trend. Conclusion：The quality control of sputum smear examination are a direct control standard of the technical level and the responsibility of laboratorians. The blind reexamination of EQA and the spot supervision are an effective way to find out and timely correct the existing problem.
