“导演法”在护理本科生沟通实验教学中的应用

摘    要:目的将“导演法”运用于护理本科生的沟通实验教学,探讨对学生沟通交流能力的影响。方法从本院2005级4年制护理本科毕业生中随机选出19名护生作为实验组,19名作为对照组。实验组在校进行“导演法”实验教学,对照组通过临床实习来学习沟通交流技巧。在实习阶段后期采用护患沟通能力量表对两组护生进行自评,并对其所在科室的带教老师采取护患沟通能力评价量表进行他评。结果学生自评量表中实验组学生沟通能力高于对照组学生(P〈0.05)。带教老师认为实验组在沟通方面的能力高于对照组(P〈0.05),实验组学生中73%具备良好的沟通能力,而对照组则为36.9%。结论“导演法”实验教学模式明显提高了护生的实际沟通能力。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the influence of "directing playing method" on the nursing undergraduates' communication skills. Methods 38 nursing undergraduates were randomly divided into two groups: experimental group( 19 persons) and control group ( 19 persons). The "directing playing method" was applied to experimental group, and control group learned communication skills through the clinical practice. At late stage of clinical practice, 38 nursing students and their teachers were tested by the nurse-patient communication skills scale. Results The students in experimental group had better communication capabilities than the control group( P <0. 05 ), the same results were found among teachers( P <0. 05 ). 73% undergraduates in experimental group had good communication skills, and 36.9% in control group. Conclusions "Directing playing method" has significantly improved the nursing students' communication skills.
