| 摘 要： | 目的 研究高分辨CT扫描对下颌神经管及周围结构的显示。方法 应用高分辨CT对 3 0例正常下颌骨作轴位、冠状位和矢状位连续扫描。结果 根据下颌神经管的走向将全段分为纵向段和横向段两部分 ,矢状位扫描显示纵向段和横向段效果均好 ,以显示纵向段效果最佳 ;冠状位扫描显示横向段效果好 ;轴位扫描作用不大。结论 矢状位和冠状位高分辨CT扫描可以清晰地显示下颌神经管及周围结构 ,对诊断下颌神经管及周围结构的病变具有重要的临床意义

| Abstract: | Objective To study mandibular nerve tube and its surrounding structures with HRCT.Methods Thirty cases of normal mandible were scanned by HRCT with axial,coronal and sagittal.Results Mandibular nerve tube could be divided into two parts according to its alignment:longitudinal segment and transverse segment.Longitudinal and transverse segments could be showed in sagittal section especially the former.Transverse segment could be displayed in coronal sections.It was no use in axial sections.Conclusion Mandibular nerve tube and its surrounding structures could be displayed clearly in sagittal and coronal HRCT scans.It is important for diagnosing the lesions of mandibular nerve tube and its surrounding structures. |
