理性情绪疗法对卵巢癌患者心理健康状况的影响

目的:探讨理性情绪疗法对卵巢癌患者心理健康状况的影响。方法:将68例卵巢癌患者随机分为对照组34例和观察组34例,对照组采用常规心理护理,观察组采用理性情绪疗法,采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对两组患者干预前后心理健康状况进行评定。结果:干预前两组患者在躯体化、强迫、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖、偏执、精神病性等10项因子评分的比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05);干预后观察组患者在躯体化、强迫、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖、偏执、精神病性等10项因子评分低于对照组(P0.01或P0.05)。结论:理性情绪疗法对提高卵巢癌患者的心理健康水平,增加其健康行为方面具有积极作用。

The effect of rational emotive therapy on ovarium canner patients' psychological health status.

Objective：Study on the effect of rational emotive therapy on mental health of patients with ovarian cancer. Methods：68 cases of ovarian cancer patients were randomly divided into control group with 34 cases and observation group with 34 cases,using 90 symptom scale （SCL-90） before and after intervention,two groups of patients’ mental health status were assessed. Results： Contrast the scores between the two groups in somatization,compulsion,interpersonal sensitivity,depression,anxiety,hostility,terror,paranoia,mental illness,etc before intervention,there were no significant differences（P0.05）. After the intervention,contrast the scores between the two groups in somatization,compulsion,interpersonal sensitivity,depression,anxiety,hostility,terror,paranoia,mental illness,etc. there were significant differences in each factor（P0.01 or P0.05）. Conclusion：Rational Emotive Therapy is proved to be effective to ovary cancer health and promote healthy behaviorsof diabetes patients.
