摘    要:<正> 在对病毒感染的早期诊断中,检测病毒抗原是最常采用的方法。然而,由于某些疾病难以在病变所在部位采取合适的材料来检测病毒抗原;或在检测时,局部病变中抗原已消失,此时,为快速诊断的需要,检测早期抗病毒的抗体乃是一种可采用的手段。循环抗体出现的规律表明:特异性 IgM在初次感染后1~6天内迅速出现,其半生期仅为2天,一般于1~2月内即


THE DETECTION OF RUBELLA VIRUS-SPECIFIC IgM BY INDIRECT IMMUNOFLUORESCNCE
Abstract:This study presented the result of detecing rubella virus specific IgM by indirect immunofluorescence.After absorption of antiserum labelled with a fluorescent dye with the cells same as used for virus antigen preparation, specificity of the antiserum showed satisfactory.In control tests,non-spe- cific fluoresecence couldn't be found.In order to reduce interfering effect of IgG antibodies on detection of specific IgM,it was tried to remove IgG antibodies from serum by absorption with HMC_(8012) strain of Staphylococcus aureus.When the ratio of S.aureus and serum was one to one,80% of IgG could be removed without significant reduction of IgM.Various factors which might influence the detecting of specific IgM were discussed.
