1980～1995年洛阳市流行性乙型脑炎流行病学特征分析

本文将16年（198～1995）中收治的604例流行性乙型脑炎（乙脑）作回顾性流行病学分析。乙脑发病年龄以10岁以下儿童为主（45．2％），7、8月为高峰（93．0％），每年平均收治38例，其中1990年动脑发病率最高。每隔3年发病数似有增多趋势。死亡71例。病死率11．8％，老年人病死率高于小儿（P＜0．01）、成年人。

The analyses of epidemiological characteristics of epidemic encephalitis B in Luoyang city from the year 1980 to 1995

604 cases ill with epidemic encephalitis B that had been admitted into hospital and treat ed there for 16 years (from 1980~ 1995) were under the epidemiological analyses in review.The mainly predisposing ages were the children who were less than ten years old (45. 2% ).The upsurge stage of attack was in July and August,the annual average of the patients who were admitted into hospital and treated there was 38 cases. Among them,the highest disease incidence was in 1990 and the predisposing number seems to tend to increase wery there years. The 71 ases died,the rate of death from illness was 11. 8%,the rate of death from ill ness in the senile patients was higher than that in both the young children (P<0. 01)and the adults.
