腰椎椎管的测量与椎管狭窄

对腰椎椎管的研究提供临床参考资料。用220例整套成人骨骼的1100个腰椎,对腰椎椎管的横径和矢径进行了直接测量:腰段椎管的总均值,横径男23.6mm,女22.8mm;矢径男、女均为16.1mm;腰椎管矢径小于13.0mm为狭窄计18例共30个腰椎,其中29个腰椎位于L_3～L_5;连续二个以上腰椎狭窄的有9例.椎管横径与矢径乘积和椎体中横径与中矢径乘积的比值越小表示椎管矢径也小,这个比值在腰椎管狭窄症的诊断上有一定的参考价值。

Measurement of Lumbar Spinal Canal and Spinal Stenosis

The sagittal and transverse diameters of the lumbar spinal canals were measured on 220 cases of dry specimens collected from Nanjing area. Results obtained are as follow: The sagittal diameter of lumbar spinal canal in male and females is 16.1mm. The transvers diameter of it in male is 23.6 mm, and in female, is 22.8mm. There are 30 lumbar vertebrae showing stenosis of the sagittal diameter in 18 cases, in which 29 lumbar ver ebrae are L_3-L_5. The canal of the third and fourth lumbar vertebral are more apt to have spinal sten(?)sis, because the sagittal diameter and the spinal index are the smallest. The apinal index is of practical value to diagnose narrowing of the lumbar spinal canal.
