| 摘 要： | 目的观察中西医结合抗早孕的临床疗效。方法治疗组147例,对照组95例,均予序贯口服米非司酮与米索前列醇抗早孕,治疗组再加服中药逐瘀缩宫汤。结果治疗组完全流产率93．88％,完全流产者阴道出血时间平均7．21天,均与对照组（78．95％,17．62天）有显著性差异。结论中西医结合抗早孕能缩短阴道出血时间。

| Abstract: | To observe the clinical effects of integrative Chinese and western medicine against early pregnancy, 95 cases in control group were sequentially given Mifepristone and Misoprostol and 147 cases in treatment group were additionally given "Zhuyu Suogong Decoction". Results: The complete abortion rate was 93.88% in treatment group with an average period of 7.21 days; the abortion rate was 78.95% in control group with an average period of 17.62 days, with differences between two groups. |
