医科大学新生生殖健康问题的KAP研究

目的为了更好地在大中学生中开展预防性病／艾滋病／安全性行为的教育规划。方法于1997年6月对上海266名医科大学新生（年龄16~23岁，男130、女136）进行了问卷调查。结果发现对性生理、艾滋病和性病知识的正确了解率分别为62％、73％和56％；恋爱、接吻、性交、手淫、使用避孕套、购买过避孕套等行为的发生率分别为29％、15％、1．2％、45％、0．7％和4％。98％的人认为应该在医学生中开展性病艾滋病教育，24％认为在大学校园内应有获取避孕药具的适宜场所，80％认为讲座和开设有关课程是开展性教育的最好形式。至于由谁来传授，24％认为由老师较好，23％认为由学生较好。结论在学生中开展综合的生殖健康教育非常必要，老师和学生应参与到教育中去。

KAP study on reproductive health among medical freshmen assessment of reproductive health needs

Objective In order to help in the development of a successful STD/AIDS/saferSex educational pro gremme in colleges and middle schools. Method A questionnaire survey was conducted in June 1997 among 266 medical freshmen aged 16 ~ 23(130 males and 136 female )in Shanghai.Results 56%,62% and 73% of respondents had correct information about STDs, reproductive physiology and AIDS respectively. Students hed some experience of loving-relaionslups (29% ), kissng(15% ), sexual intercourse(1. 2% ), masturbation(45% ), using condoms(0. 7% ) and purchasing condoms (4% ) .98% of respondents tought that STD/AIDS education should be carried out among medical students. 24% of them suggested that there should be a place on university campuses, where contrceptives could be obtained easily. 80% consid ered that lectures and courses on STD/AIDS/Safer Sex were the best way of sex education. Regareding lecturers,24% of them though that teachers were appropiate, while 23% of them felt that their schoolmates were suitable. Conclnion It is impor tan to conduct comprehensive reproductive health education for college students, and that the teaching should involve teach ers and peers.
