| 摘 要： | 综述了肿瘤在体＾３１Ｐ磁共振谱测定的方法，利用＾３１Ｐ ＭＲＳ研究肿瘤的生物能学、细胞内ｐＨ和磷脂代谢等方面的进展，并讨论了在检测恶性肿瘤和监测肿瘤治疗响应方面的应用潜力。

| Abstract: | The methods of in vivo 31 PMRS of tumors are summarized. Especially, the advances of 31 PMRS in studying tumor bioenergetics, intracellular pH and phospholipid metabolism, as well as the great potential in detecting malignancy and monitoring tumor responses to various therapy modalities brought about by these advances are reviewed. |
