| 摘 要： | 目的观察高压氧(HBO)综合治疗持续性植物状态(PVS)与常规治疗PVS的疗效比较。方法通过临床回顾性总结分析52例PVS患者在常规治疗的同时综合高压氧治疗与同期的50例PVS患者常规治疗对照观察。结果HBO综合治疗组有效率80.8%,对照组有效率56.0%。统计学分析两组具有显著差异(P<0.01),显示HBO组疗效优于对照组。结论HBO综合治疗组疗效优于对照组。耐心、早期、足疗程进行综合治疗能提高疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the difference between hyperbaric oxygen(HBO) synthetic treatment and routine treatment in persistent vegetative state(PVS). Methods We select 52 cases of PVS in routine treatment associated with HBO treatment as observe group. To compare the outcome we used 50 cases in routine treatment as control group. Result ]Hyperbaric oxygen (HBO) synthetic treatment group had 80.8% effective rate while 56% in control group ( P <0.01). This result shows that HBO works better than the routine treatment. Conclusion hyperbaric oxygen (HBO) synthetic treatment works better than routine treatment in PVS. The principles of HBO are early and full period of treatment which should be persisted. |
