| 摘 要： | 目的:对湖北省卫生资源配置的公平性进行分析,为政府制定卫生政策提供依据。方法:采用洛伦兹曲线和基尼系数分析湖北省卫生资源的配置情况。结果:湖北省的卫生资源总量相对较少,人口分布的公平性优于地理分布的公平性。结论:湖北省政府应加大投入,实施区域卫生规划,加强卫生人员队伍建设,重视卫生人员的教育培训以及加强健康教育与健康促进工作。
