浅谈新时期医务工作者的人文素质

随着社会的发展和卫生服务向社会化大服务模式的转变,对医学人才的人文素质要求越来越高。本文从时代要求、现代意识、全面发展的角度提出新时期医务工作者应该从人文底蕴、哲学素养、审美修养和持续发展能力、主体精神等方面着手,不断提高自身的人文素养。

A study on the humanistic quality of medical staff in the era

With the development of society and the transition of medical service to large-scale social service it is very important for medical staff to have high humanistic quality. Due to the requirement of the era, modern awareness and the need of overall development, this article pointed out that medical staff should consistently improve their humanistic qualities from humanistic basis, philosophical quality,aesthetic judgment accomplishment and subject spirit, etc.
