系统性红斑狼疮中医证型与外周血Fas及sFas表达相关性研究

目的探讨系统性红斑狼疮（SLE）患者中医证型与外周血Fas及sFas表达的相关性。方法EDTA-K2抗凝肘血2mL、无抗凝血3mL，流式细胞仪及酶标仪检测Fas及sFas表达。结果SLE热毒炽盛证与脾肾阳虚证的Fas百分率及平均荧光强度均高于对照组及阴虚内热证，说明此2组外周血淋巴细胞表面Fas高表达；SLE患者血清sFas均明显升高，与对照组比较差异显著，但3证之间无明显差异。结论SLE中医证型与Fas表达明显相关，可作为SLE中医辨证的实验依据。

Study on Relationship of TCM Syndrome and Expression of Fas and sFas in Blood of SLE Patients

Objective To study the relation between TCM syndromes of systemic lupus erythematosus （SLE） and expression of Fas and sFas. Methods The relation between the TCM syndrome types of SLE patients and experssions of Fas and sFas was analyzed through detecing Fas and sFas in the blood of SLE patients and control group. Results The expression of Fas in heat-toxin syndrome and Yang deficiency syndrome of spleen and kidney were higher than control group and interior heat syndrome due to Yin deficiency. Serum sFas of SLE patients was higher than control, but there was no significant difference among the three syndrome types. Conclusion The expression of Fas and sFas has obvious relation with TCM syndrome types and can be used for the syndrome differentiation of SLE.
