| 摘 要： | 目的：观察改良外侧斜行小切口用于全髋关节置换的疗效。方法：2005年8月～2007年11月，选择80例96髋，男45例，女35例；年龄23～74岁，平均51．4岁；体重指数平均25．20。股骨头缺血坏死34例，髋发育不良并发骨性关节炎30例，高龄股骨头颈骨折16例，均行改良外侧斜行小切口全髋关节置换术。术后随访半年，对疗效进行分析。结果：手术时间平均70min，术后平均6d下地，半年随访结果Harris评分平均93分。结论：改良外侧斜行小切口应用于全髋关节置换，手术时间短、出血少及下地时间早为其突出优点。
