匹伐他汀与辛伐他汀治疗高脂血症疗效和安全性比较

目的比较国产匹伐他汀与辛伐他汀治疗原发性高脂血症的疗效和安全性。方法将高脂血症患者65例随机分为匹伐他汀2 mg组(34例)和辛伐他汀20 mg组(31例),2组均每日服药1次,治疗时间8周,观察调脂疗效和安全性。结果治疗8周末与治疗前比较,2组胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白—胆固醇(LDL-C)降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),三酰甘油(TG)降低和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)升高,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);2组间比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。按照"中国成人血脂异常防治指南"LDL-C达标标准,匹伐他汀组、辛伐他汀组在服药8周后血清LDL-C水平达标率分别为85.3%和80.6%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论国产匹伐他汀可明显降低TC、LDL-C,且剂量低,调脂疗效确切、安全性好,可用于治疗原发性高脂血症患者。

Therapeutic effects and safety of domestic pitavastatin and simvastatin on hyperlipidemia

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect and safety of domestic pitavastatin and simvastatin on hyperlipidemia. Methods Sixty five subjects were screened and divided into pitavastatin group （ n = 34 ） and simvastatin group（ n = 31 ）. Without changing life style,these subjects had taken medicine daily （2 mg pitavastatin and 20 mg simvastatin ） for 8 weeks. Therapeutic effects and safety were observed and compared between the two groups. Results At the 8th weekend,except for TG and serum HDL-C,TC and LDL-C were significantly decreased in both groups ,when compared with the pre-treatment ones （ P 〈 0.01 ） , While there was no significant differences in serum TC, LDL-C ,TG and HDL-C level between the two groups （ P 〉 0.05 ）. According to criterion of China Guideline for Prevention and Ttreatment of Adult Dyslipidemia, patients attaining the goals in pitavastatin group and simvastatin group were 85.3% and 80.6% , there was no significant difference in reaching LDL-C target between the two groups （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion Pitavastatin could decrease the levels of TC, LDL-C, with definite efficiency and safety, and could be used in the treatment of hyperlipidemia.
