新疆哈萨克族人群正常高值血压与高敏C反应蛋白、白细胞介素6的相关性研究

目的探讨新疆哈萨克族人群正常高值血压与血清超敏C反应蛋白(hsCRP)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)水平的关系及临床意义。方法入选2011年门诊体检的新疆哈萨克族人群396例,按照血压水平分为血压正常组(n=124)、正常高值血压组(n=144)、高血压组(n=128)三组,采用酶联免疫吸附试验法检测受试者血清hsCRP、IL-6浓度及其外周血三酰甘油、总胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白-胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白-胆固醇(LDL-C)、空腹血糖水平,比较3组间各指标的差异。结果正常血压组、正常高值血压组和高血压组三组间三酰甘油、总胆固醇、HDL-C、空腹血糖、收缩压、舒张压差异均有统计学意义(均P0.01);正常高值血压组血清hsCRP和IL-6水平均高于正常血压组hsCRP:(0.8±0.3)比(0.4±0.2)mg/L;IL-6:(0.3±0.2)比(0.2±0.1)μg/L,均P0.01],同时低于高血压组hsCRP:(0.8±0.3)比(1.0±0.3)mg/L;IL-6:(0.3±0.2)比(0.4±0.2)μg/L,均P0.01];血清hsCRP和IL-6与收缩压,舒张压独立相关(均P0.01)。结论新疆哈萨克族正常高值血压人群体内已存在炎性反应,hsCRP和IL-6可能参与了新疆哈萨克族正常高值血压的发生发展。

Correlation between prehypertension and serum hsCRP and IL-6 in Xinjiang kazakh population

Objective To explore the relationship between prehypertension and hsCRP and IL -6 in xinjiang kazakhs population and its clinical signifcance .Methods A total of 396 kazahs from physical-examination in 2011 were chosen and divided into the normal group （ n=124 ） ,prehypertension group （ n=144 ） and hypertension group （n=128）.The levels of serum hsCRP,IL-6,total cholesterol （TC）,triglyceride （TG）,high-density lipoprotein cho-lesterol （ HDL-C） ,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol （ LDL-C） ,and fasting plasma glucose （ FBG） were detected in all the participants.Results There were significant difference in the levels of serum TC ,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C,FBG, systolic blood pressure （SBP） and diastolic blood pressure （DBP） among three groups （ all P〈0.01）.The levels of serum hsCRP and IL-6 were higher in the prehypertension group than those in the normal group （P〈0.01）,and low-er than those in the hypertension group （P 〈0.01）.The result of multiple linear stepwise regression showed that hsCRP and IL-6 were correlated to SBP and DBP independently （P〈0.001）.Conclusion The people with prehy-pertension have higher levels of serum hsCRP and IL-6 in xinjiang kazakhs population ,which may be involved in the development of prehypertension .
