依达拉奉联合红花注射液治疗急性脑梗死的临床效果

摘    要:目的探讨依达拉奉联合红花注射液治疗急性脑梗死(ACI)的临床效果。方法 73例ACI患者分为2组,对照组35例患者给予脱水降颅压、改善循环、脑保护、抗血小板聚集等常规治疗,观察组38例患者在对照组治疗的基础上给予红花注射液20 mg,加入0.9%氯化钠注射溶液250 mL,静脉滴注,每天1次,14 d为1个疗程;依达拉奉注射液30 mg,加入0.9%氯化钠注射溶液100 mL中静脉滴注,每天2次,14 d为1个疗程;2组患者均于治疗前和治疗1个疗程后检测血清丙二醛(MDA)水平和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性,并进行神经功能缺损评分,评定疗效。结果治疗前两组患者血清MDA水平及SOD活性比较均差异无统计学意义(P0.05);两组患者治疗后血清MDA水平显著低于治疗前(P0.05),两组患者治疗后血清SOD活性显著高于治疗前(P0.05);治疗后观察组患者血清MDA水平显著低于对照组(P0.05),治疗后观察组患者血清SOD活性显著高于对照组(P0.05)。治疗前两组患者神经功能缺损评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P0.05);治疗后均显著低于治疗前(P0.05);治疗后观察组患者神经功能缺损评分显著低于对照组(P0.05)。观察组患者治疗总有效率和显效率显著高于对照组(P0.05)。结论依达拉奉联合红花注射液可显著降低ACI患者血清MDA水平,提高血清SOD活性,改善患者神经功能和预后。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of edaravone combined with Honghua injection for the patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI).Methods Seventy-three patients with ACI were divided into two groups, thirty-five patients in control group were treated with conventional therapy including dewatering,reducing the intracranial pressure,improvement of blood circulation and anti -platelet aggregation.thirty-eight patients in observation group were treated with Honghua injection 20 mg in 250 mL)intravenously,once a day for 14 days,and edaravone 30 mg in 0.9% sodium chloride injection 100 mL intravenously,twice daily for 14 days.The serum malonaldehyde (MDA)level and superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity were detected,the neurologic impairment score and the effectiveness were evaluatek before and after treatment.Results There was no significantly difference in serum MDA level and SOD activity between the two groups before the treatment(P〉0.05).The level of serum MDA after the treatment was significantly lower than that before the treatment in the two groups(P〈0.05 ),the activity of serum SOD after treatment was significantly higher than that before treatment in two groups(P〈0.05).After the treatment,the level of serum MDA in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group(P〈0.05),the activity of serum SOD in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(P〈0.05).There was no significantly difference in neurologic impairment score between the two groups before the treatment(P〉0.05).The neurologic impairment score after treatment was significantly lower than that before the treatment in two groups(P〈0.05).The neurologic impairment score in observation group was significantly lower than that in control groups after the treatment (P〈0.05).The total effective rate and efficiency in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group (P〈0.05).Conclusion Edaravone combined with Honghua injection can significantly reduce the serum MDA level,increase the serum SOD activity,and improve the neurological function and prognosis in patients with ACI.
