大鼠颅脑损伤后心肌损害和线粒体锰超氧化物歧化酶活性改变及银杏叶提取物的干预作用

摘    要:目的研究大鼠颅脑损伤后心肌损害和心肌线粒体锰超氧化物歧化酶(Mn-SOD)活性的变化及银杏叶提取物(GBE)对其影响。方法采用液压冲击建立颅脑损伤模型和药物干预模型,24 h动态监测心电图变化,测定血清肌酸磷酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)的含量和心肌线粒体Mn-SOD的活性改变,并观察心肌HE染色的病理形态学改变。结果大鼠颅脑损伤后心电图异常发生率显著增高,血清CK-MB含量升高(P0.05),心肌细胞线粒体Mn-SOD活性降低(P0.05),且心肌细胞线粒体Mn-SOD活性与血清CK-MB含量呈负相关(r=-0.997,P0.05)。GBE预处理后可以使大鼠颅脑损伤后心电图异常发生率明显降低(P0.01),血清CK-MB含量降低(P0.05),心肌细胞线粒体Mn-SOD活性升高(P0.05),心肌的病理损伤程度减轻。结论大鼠颅脑损伤可引起明显的心肌损害,颅脑损伤后心肌损害的发生可能与心肌细胞线粒体抗氧化应激水平降低有关,GBE对大鼠颅脑损伤后心肌损害有保护作用。
