| 摘 要： | 目的:观察复方半枝莲胶囊抗肿瘤的作用。方法:采用MTT法观察其对人肝癌细胞、人胃癌细胞的体外抑瘤作用,并观察其对S180及HEPS实体瘤的抑制作用。结果:复方半枝莲胶囊对两种人癌细胞降解MTT半数抑瘤浓度(IC50)分别为1.05mg/mL、1.08mg/mL;体内对S180及HEPS实体瘤有明显的抑制作用,最大抑制率分别为65.31%、49.80%。结论:复方半枝莲胶囊具有明显的抗肿瘤作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the anti-tumor effects of Compound Banzhilian Capsule. Methods:MTT staining to observe Compound Banzhilian Capsule against SMMC-7721 and SGC-7901 cells in vitro. And to observe the inhibitory action against S180 and HEPS tumor in body of Compound Banzhilian Capsule. Results:Determined by MTT staining, the IC50 of Compound Banzhilian Capsule against SMMC-7721, SGC-7901 cells were 1.05, 1.08mg/mL. Determined by inbody anti-tumor experiments, the highest inhibition rate of Compound Banzhilian Capsule against S180, HEPS were 65.31% and 49.80%. Conclusion:Compound Banzhilian Capsule had certainly anti-tumor actions. |
