| 摘 要： | 生物人工肝和肝细胞移植技术需要建立肝细胞库以提供大量具有高度活性和良好功能的肝细胞.肝细胞冻存技术的研究成为实现这一目标的关键,而对冻存保护剂的研究则是肝细胞冻存技术取得突破的主要方向,此文就近些年来国内外肝细胞冻存领域中冻存保护剂的研究进展进行了综述.

| Abstract: | Bioartificial hver and cell transplantation techniques require a liver cell bank. The liver cell bank will provide a large number of hepatocytes with high viability and fair function. Hepatocyte cryopreservation technology has become the key point to set up the bank, among which the research of cryoprotective agent is the most prospective one. In this review, the current status of cryoprotective agent for cryopreservation of hepatocytes is presented. |
