糖耐量低减患者的中医体质研究

目的:研究糖耐量低减(IGT)患者的中医体质分布及其证型特征。方法:用前瞻性研究的方法,采集来自医院门诊及体检中心的病例信息,按类别分析,确定体质证型并分析其特征。结果:251例中气虚痰湿质占41.4%,气郁湿热质占27.9%,气阴两虚质占16.7%,阳虚血瘀质占13.9%。提示IGT患者以气虚痰湿、气郁湿热体质较为常见。IGT伴存空腹血糖调节受损(IFG)的发生率气阴两虚质为33.3%,阳虚血瘀质为37.1%,均较气虚痰湿质、气郁湿热质高,差异均有显著性意义(P0.05)。气虚痰湿组、气郁湿热组、气阴两虚组和阳虚血瘀组总胆固醇、甘油三酯均较正常组高,差异有显著性意义(P0.05)。各组空腹血糖、口服75g葡萄糖后2小时血糖比较,差异无显著性意义(P0.05)。结论:IGT患者以气虚痰湿、气郁湿热这2种体质常见,其次为气阴两虚质、阳虚血瘀质。但气阴两虚、阳虚血瘀这2种体质可能更易发生糖尿病。

Investigation of Constitution Types in Patients with Impaired Glucose Tolerance
