| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨经颅多普勒超声(TCD)在小儿偏头痛诊断治疗中的价值。方法:应用TCD对48例偏头痛患儿和40例健康儿童进行检查,对照分析颅内动脉的血流动力学变化。结果:偏头痛患儿颅内动脉平均血流速度明显高于对照组(P<0.01);经相应药物治疗后,其相应指标恢复正常。结论:TCD检查可为偏头痛提供临床诊断治疗依据。

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the role of transcranial Doppler(TCD) in diagnosis and therapy for children's migraine.Methods: Forty-eight children with migraine were monitored with TCD.The mean flow velocities were observed and compared with those of normal control group(forty children).Results: The mean flow velocities increased significantly as compared with that of the control group(P<0.01).After therapy,the abnormal changes of cerebral blood flow in children with migraine become normal.Conclusion: TCD plays an important role in diagnosis and therapy for migraine in children. |
