| 摘 要： | 目的建立用高效液相色谱法测定复方氢氯噻嗪胶囊中硫酸胍生的含量。方法采用依利特C18色谱柱（250mm×4.6mm,5μm）;流动相为己烷磺酸钠溶液（取己烷磺酸钠2.7g,加水适量溶解,加冰醋酸20mL,并加水至2000mL,用三乙胺调节pH至3.5）-甲醇-乙腈（50：27：23）,流速为1.0mL.min-1,检测波长为275nm,柱温为40℃。结果硫酸胍生在40μg.mL-1～200μg.mL-1（r=1.000）范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为99.7%（n=9）,RSD为0.67%;结论方法简便,准确,可靠,适用于复方氢氯噻嗪胶囊质量控制。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To establish the HPLC method for the determination of Guanoxan Sulfate Compound Hydrochlorothiazide Capsules.METHODS The analytical column was Welch Materials C18 column（4.6mm×250mm,5μm）and the mobile phase was Sodium Hexanesulfonate solution-methanol-acetonitrile（50∶27∶23）at a flow rate of 1.0mL·min-1.The UV detection wavelength was at 275nm.RESULTS The linearity was good for Guanoxan Sulfate within the range of 40μg·mL-1～200μg·mL-1（r=1.000）,the mean recovery was 99.7%（n=9）,RSD=0.67%;CONCLUSION The method is simple,accurate and reliable,and switable for control of compound Hydrochlorothiazide capsules. |
