| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者T淋巴细胞亚群的变化及其临床意义。方法:将2006年1月至2008年1月本科收治的40例COPD患者及40例健康体检者(对照组)进行T细胞亚群检测,并对比分析。T淋巴细胞亚群(CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+细胞)活性采用直接免疫荧光法的流式细胞分析术法测定。结果:COPD患者组外周血中CD3+、CD4+细胞比例及CD4+/CD8+比值降低,与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01),而CD8+细胞的比例增高,与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:COPD患者存在细胞免疫功能异常,CD3+、CD4+T淋巴细胞比例及CD4+/CD8+比值降低,而CD8+T淋巴细胞免疫反应增强可能是COPD的发病机制之一。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the changes of T-lymphocyte subsets and their clinical significance in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Methods: T-lymphocyte subsets(CD3+,CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+) were detected in 40 patients with COPD and 40 normal adults as control by flow cytometry (FCM) from Jan 2006 to Jan 2008.
