妊娠期高血压疾病患者的血管内皮功能评价

目的探讨妊娠期高血压疾病(HDCP)患者的血管内皮功能变化。方法对孕晚期50例妊娠期高血压疾病患者(研究组)和30例正常孕妇(对照组),检测两组患者的血清内皮素(ET)、一氧化氮(NO)水平,超声测量肱动脉血流介导的舒张功能(FMD)。结果 (1)研究组ET高于对照组并有统计学差异(P<0.05),而研究组的NO、FMD低于对照组并均有统计学差异(P<0.05)。(2)在研究组内,重度子痫前期组的ET高于轻度子痫前期组并有统计学差异(P<0.05),而重度子痫前期组的NO、FMD低于轻度子痫前期组并均有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论 HDCP患者存在血管内皮损伤,超声等检查能有效检测其内皮损伤程度。

The evaluation of the endothelial function in patients with hypertensive disorders complicating pregnancy

Objective： To evaluate the endothelial function in patients with hypertensive disorders complicating pregnancy（HDCP）in the third trimester.Methods： 50 cases with HDCP in the third trimester（study group） and 30 normtensive pregnant women（contrast group） were recruited,their endothelin（ET） and nitric oxide（NO） in serum,Flow-mediated dilation（FMD） of brachial artery by ultrasonography were detected respectively.Results：（1）The ET in study group was significantly higher than that in contrast group,the FMD and NO in study group was significantly lower than that in contrast group（P〈0.05）;（2）Among the study group,the serum level of ET was significantly higher than that in mild preeclampsia group（P〈0.05）,the FMD and NO in the severe preeclampsia group were significantly lower than that in contrast group however（P〈0.05）.Conclusions： The vascular endothelial function had been impaired in HDCP and can be detected by ultrasonography effectively.
