2008-2012年宜春市某制鞋企业职业病危害因素检测结果

目的了解宜春市某制鞋企业职业病危害程度，找出职业病危害控制的关键控制点，为预防、控制和监督工业企业职业病危害提供科学依据。方法通过对该制鞋企业的工程分析和职业卫生调查，识别各种职业病危害因素；并依据历年职业病危害因素检测结果，分析其危害程度。结果该制鞋企业存在的职业病危害因素主要有化学毒物、粉尘、噪声等，检测结果显示化学毒物、粉尘合格率为100％，但除苯外，其他毒物浓度和检出率均有递增的趋势，噪声的合格率在90％左右。结论该制鞋企业主要的职业病危害因素是胶粘剂及溶剂中的易挥发性有机物、粉尘、噪声，企业应加强对职业病危害因素的监测，加强对职业病危害防护设施的检查、维护，定期检测其性能和效果，保证其正常运转。

Test results of occupational hazards in a shoe-making enterprise from 2008-2012

Objective ] To understand the degree of occupational hazards in a shoe-making enterprise in Yichun City, to find out the key control points of occupational hazards, and to provide scientific evidence for prevention, control and supervision on occupational hazards for industrial enterprise. Methods ] The occupational hazards were identified by studying on engineering analysis of the shoe-making enterprise and surveying on occupational health, the occupational hazard degree was analyzed on the basis of calendar year results of occupational hazards inspection. Results] The main occupational hazards in the shoe-making enterprise were chemi- cal toxicant, dust, noise, etc. The results showed that the qualified rates of chemical toxicants and dust .were 100%. The concentra- tions and detection rates of other toxicants showed the increasing trend, except the benzene. The qualified rate of the noise was a- round 90%. Conclusion] The main occupational hazard factors in the shoe-making enterprises include the volatile organic compounds in adhesive and solvent, dust, noise. The enterprises should strengthen the monitoring of occupational disease hazards , enhance the examination and maintenance on protective facilities against occupational hazards. Periodic testing is conducted on its performance and effect to ensure its normal operation.
