北京铁路地区高层建筑二次供水卫生管理现状

摘    要:目的全面了解北京铁路地区高层建筑二次供水卫生管理状况。方法统一制定调查表格,现场调查询问。查阅2012年生活饮用水监测档案,收集及整理监测数据。结果北京铁路地区高层建筑二次供水设施共114套,其中无负压供水设施76套,水箱供水设施38套。日常维护及管理分别属于22家铁路产权单位和7家物业公司。二次供水档案管理方面,21家单位法律法规资料欠缺,23家单位供水设施的工程设计资料欠缺,15家单位水质检测报告欠缺,25家单位管水员的培训记录欠缺。采用水箱供水方式的预防性卫生监督、水泵房日常巡视检查记录和水泵房内整洁状况等指标合格率较低,分别为18.42%,60.53%,75.00%,与无负压供水方式合格率比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。在水箱硬件设计及管理方面,水箱溢水口防护网罩合格率为66.67%,水箱距离墙壁、顶壁合格率分别为75.00%和77.78%。紫外线灯管更换记录和水箱清洗消毒记录合格率分别为25.7l%和31.58%。结论该地区管理单位二次供水档案缺失严重,采用水箱供水方式管理问题突出。应加强二次供水档案管理,加强对水箱二次供水的监督检查。

Abstract: Objective ] To make a comprehensive understanding of the situation of secondary water-supplying for the high-rise build- ings in Beijing railway region. Methods ] A self-designed questionnaire was adopted to perform field survey. The monitoring re- cords about drinking water situation of 2012 were checked for the related data collection. Results] There were 114 water-supplying facilities in Beijing Railway Region in total, 76 without negative pressure, and 38 with tanks. Twenty two railway units and 7 com- panies were responsible for the daily control. As for the management of files about secondary water-supplying, 21 were lack of the information of related laws and regulations, 23 were lack of the design information of water-supplying project, 15 were lack of the survey report of water quality, 25 were lack of records of personnel training of hygiene. The qualified rate of the preventive health supervision, the daily control in water pumping houses, and the sanitary conditions in water-supplying with tanks was 18.42%, 60.53% and 75.00%, respectively which were significantly different from those of the water-supplying without negative pressure { P 〈0.01 }. As for the design and management of tanks, the qualified rate of protective nets for water overflows was 66.67%, the qualified rate of the distance from tanks to side-wall and the distance from tanks to top wall was 75.00% and 77.78%, respective- ly, that of the records of renewing ultra-violet tubes and the records of disinfecting and cleaning tanks was 25.71% and 31.58%. Conclusion] The administrative units are seriously lack of the files about secondary water-supplying, and there are obvious prob- lems in the management of water-supplying in tanks. Therefore, both of the management of files about secondary water-supplying and the control of water-supplying tanks should be enforced.
