2012年江苏省如东县79家企业职业健康检查结果

目的了解2012年如东县79家企业接触职业病危害因素的在岗职工的职业健康情况，为科学指导职业病防治工作提供依据。方法根据《职业健康监护技术规范》对职工进行在岗期间的职业健康检查，对检查结果进行统计分析。结果6944名工人参加健康检查；4906名工人检出异常，异常检出率70．65％；3998名工人接触2种及2种以上的职业病危害因素，占检查人数的57．57％；异常检出率前5位依次是B超（32．27％）、内科（31．42％）、心电图（17．77％）、尿常规（16．56％）、血常规（13．90％）；与职业有关项目的异常检出率前5位的职业病危害因素依次是苯系物、酚、苯的氨基硝基化合物、粉尘、噪声。结论职业病防治形势日益严竣，亟需提高卫生工作者的职业病防治水平，完善职业病防治相关法律法规和技术标准。

Results of occupational health examination among workers in 79 enterprises in Rudong County

Objective] To investigate the occupational health status of workers exposed to occupational hazard factors in 79 enterpri- ses of Rudong County in 2012, provide a basis for scientific guidance on occupational disease prevention. Methods] According to the Technical specifications for occupational health surveillance, the occupational physical examination was carried out among em- ployed workers, and the resuhs were analyzed statistically. Results] A total of 6 944 workers received physical examination, and there were 4 906 abnormal cases with the abnormal rate of 70.65%. 3 998 workers have exposed to two or more occupational hazard factors, which accounted for 57.57%. The top five items with highest abnormal rate were B ultrasound examination, internal medi- cine examination, electrocardiogram, urine routine examination, and blood routine examination. The top five occupational hazard factors related to items with high abnormal rate were benzene series, phenol, amino and nitro compounds of benzene, dust and noise. Conclusion] The situation of occupational disease prevention is becoming more and more serious, and it is urgent to elevate occupational disease prevention level of medical staff, and perfect the laws, regulations and technical standards of occupational disease prevention.
