某精密零部件生产企业职业病危害因素现状调查与评价

目的识别、分析某精密零部件生产企业作业场所中可能存在的职业病危害因素及危害程度，并对采取的职业病危害防护设施进行分析，为企业的职业病危害因素的控制提供技术依据。方法采用职业卫生现场调查、职业卫生检测等方法进行识别、检测和分析。结果该企业存在的职业病危害因素中，除个别岗位的噪声超标外，其余均低于职业接触限值。结论该企业的职业病危害说明所有因素检测结果基本达到国家职业卫生标准，控制措施基本有效，但应该加强个人防护用品的管理，以保证工人接触的职业病危害因素的水平在职业接触限值内。

Investigation and analysis on present status of occupational hazard factors in a precision parts manufacturing enterprise

[ Objective ] To identify and analyze the possible occupational hazard factors and its extent in the workplace of a precision parts manufacturing enterprise, analyze the protection measures of occupational hazards ~ and provide technical support for the con- trol of occupational hazard factors. [ Methods] The field occupational health investigation and occupational health testing were used in identification, detection and analysis. [ Results] Except that the noise intensity in some posts exceeded standard, the concentra- tions of occupational hazard factors in this enterprise were lower than the occupational exposure limits. [ Conclusion] The detection results of occupational hazard factors in this enterprise have met the national occupational health standards, and the control meas- ures are basically effective. However, it is important to strengthen the management of personal protective equipments, to ensure the occupation hazard exposure level of workers within the occupational exposure limits.
