摘    要:目的通过监测无锡市健康人群麻疹抗体水平,及时发现高危人群,为制定消除麻疹防制措施提供依据。方法将健康人群分为8个年龄组,每组随机抽取不少于50人。采用酶联免疫吸附试验检测麻疹IgG抗体。检测结果采用Excel数据库分析处理。结果共收集监测合格标本1794份,麻疹抗体阳性率为66.78%,抗体几何平均滴度(GMT)为1:258.69,有效保护率31.94%。各年龄组间抗体水平差异有统计学意义(F=4.343,P〈0.01)。不同性别、不同免疫史状况抗体水平差异无统计学意义。结论无锡市健康人群对麻疹病毒的免疫水平较低,很难形成免疫屏障。

Abstract: Objective ] To detect high-risk population of measles timely through monitoring the antibody levels of healthy population in WuXi City, and provide evidence for developing measures of measles elimination. Methods ] The healthy population was divided into 8 different age groups ( at least 50 people for each group ). ELISA was adopted to determine the measles IgG antibody. The re- suits were analyzed by Excel database. Results] Totally 1794 qualified samples were tested, the measles antibody positive rate was 66.78% , the GMT was 1: 258.69, protection effective rate was 31.94%. Antibody levels had significant difference between vari- ous age groups ( F = 4.343, P 〈 0.01). Antibody levels had no significant difference between genders and people with different im- munization history. Conclusion] The immunization level against measles virus is relatively low among healthy population in Wuxi City. It is difficult to form immune barrier.
