摘    要:目的通过分析韶关市近20年食物中毒流行特征,为进一步控制食物中毒的发生提供依据。方法对全市1993—2012年的食物中毒资料进行统计分析。结果20年间共发生食物中毒126起,中毒1862人,死亡15人;年均发病率为29.84/10万;食物中毒发生起数和中毒人数自2002年起呈上升趋势,病死率后10年明显高于前10年;第2、3季度为中毒高发季节;中毒发生场所以集体食堂为主;中毒原因以微生物性食物中毒最多,占中毒总起数的36.51%。结论该市相关部门应进一步加强卫生监督和宣传教育,预防食物中毒。

Abstract: Objective ] To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of food poisoning in Shaoguan City in recent 20 years, provide a scientific basis for further control of food poisoning. Methods] The data of food poisoning in Shaoguan City from 1993-2012 were analyzed statistically. Results]There were a total of 126 food poisoning events during 20 years, with 1862 patients and 15 death cases. The average annual incidence was 29.84/lakh. The events and cases of food poisoning showed an increasing tendency since 2002, and the fatality rate during 1993-2002 was higher than that during 2003-2012. The peak season of food poisoning was the second quarter and the third quarter. Most of food poisoning events occurred in collective canteens. 36.51% of the food poisoning events were induced by bacteria. Conclusion] The relevant departments should further strengthen the health supervision and edu- cation, in order to prevent the food poisoning.
