天津市某电缆生产企业职业病危害现状评价

摘    要:目的明确天津某铝制品电缆生产项目产生的职业病危害因素,分析其对劳动者健康的影响,评价职业病防护措施效果。方法通过职业卫生现场调查、职业卫生现场检测等方法,对该电缆生产项目的职业病危害现状进行综合评价。结果现场检测结果显示拉丝操作工和叉车工噪声测量值分别为88.1dB(A)、87.3dB(A),超过国家标准,粉尘毒物浓度均符合相关标准,职业健康检查未发现职业病和职业禁忌证。结论该铝制品生产企业主要职业病危害因素是噪声,臭氧、丁酮、甲醇,重点职业病危害因素是噪声。该企业有比较完善的职业卫生管理制度和完整的职业健康监护资料,职业卫生管理体系运行良好。

Abstract: Objective] To identify the occupational hazard factors of an aluminum cable production project in Tianjin, analyze its impact on the health of workers, and evaluate the effect of occupational protective measures. Methods] Through the field investigation of occupational hygiene, and field occupational health examination, the present situation of occupational hazards in this cable production project was evaluated comprehensively. Results] The field examination results showed that the measurements of noise in wire drawing post and forklift post was 88. 1 dB ( A) and 87.3 dB ( A) respectively, which exceeded the national standard. The concentrations of dusts and poisons met the relevant standards. Conclusion] The main occupational hazard factors in this aluminum cable production project include noise, ozone, butanone and methanol, while the major occupational hazard factor is noise. The occupational diseases and contraindications are not found in the occupational health examination. This enterprise has a perfect occupational health management system and complete occupational health surveillance data, and the occupational health management system runs well.
