新生代农民工心理健康状况及应对方式相关性分析

目的调查新生代农民工的心理健康状况，探索其与应对方式的相关性，为科学地进行心理干预提供理论依据。方法采用配额抽样法抽取河南省南阳市、驻马店市和鹤壁市303名新生代农民工为调查对象，应用症状自评量表（SCL-90）和特质应对方式问卷（TCSQ）对其心理健康水平和应对方式进行调查。结果新生代农民工SCL-90各因子得分均高于全国常模，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；能否融人城市、每天工作时间、节假日能否正常休息组间SCL-90各因子得分差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；SCL-90各因子logistic回归分析结果显示，积极应对是新生代农民工心理健康状况的保护因素；SCL-90各因子得分与积极应对呈负相关，与消极应对呈正相关（P〈0．05）。结论新生代农民工心理健康状况不容乐观，与个体的应对方式密切相关，应注重关心其身体健康状况及城市融入情况，提高其心理健康水平。

Analysis on relationship between mental health status and coping styles in new-generation migrant workers

[ Objective] To investigate the mental health status of new-generation migrant workers, explore the relationship between mental health and coping styles., and provide the theoretical basis for psychological intervention scientifically. [ Methods] Using the quotas sampling method, 303 new-generation migrant workers were collected from Nanyang City, Zhumadian City and Hebi City of Henan Province. The symptoms check list （ SCL-90 ） and Trait cooping style questionnaire （TCSQ） were adopted to analyze their mental health status and coping styles. [ Results ] The scores of all factors in SCL-90 of new-generation migrant workers were signifi- candy higher than the national norm （ P 〈 0.05 ）. There were significant differences in factor scores of SCL-90 among groups which divided according to whether migrant workers have integrated into the city, daily working hours, and whether migrant workers have to work on public holidays （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Logistic regression analysis on each factor of SCL-90 showed that positive coping was the protective factor of the psychological health condition, while the factor scores of SCL-90 had negative correlation with positive cop- ing, and had positive correlation with negative coping （ P 〈 0.05 ）. [ Conclusion] The mental health status of new-generation mi- grant workers is not optimistic, and it is closely related to individual coping styles. It is necessary to pay attention to the mental health and integration into city life of new-generation migrant workers, to improve their mental health level.
