综合护理干预对煤工尘肺合并结核患者治疗依从性的影响

目的探讨综合护理干预对煤工尘肺合并结核患者治疗依从性的作用。方法以100例住院煤工尘肺合并结核患者为对象，随机分为观察组和对照组各50例，对照组给予常规治疗护理，观察组在常规治疗护理的基础上实施综合护理干预，2组患者治疗护理3个月后采用面对面访谈和问卷调查的方式，调查患者心理问题、患者对尘肺合并结核有关知识的知晓情况及治疗依从性。结果观察组各项指标明显优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论实施综合护理干预后，煤工尘肺合并结核患者治疗依从性明显提高，从而提高了患者的治疗效果，改善了患者的生存质量。

Influence of comprehensive nursing intervention on treatment compliance of patients with coal workers pneumoconiosis complicated with pulmonary tuberculosis

Objective ] To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on treatment compliance of patients with coal worker＇s pneumoconiosis complicated with pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods] 100 inpatients with coal worker＇s pneumoeoniosis complicated with pulmonary tuberculosis were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 50 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional treatment and nursing, and the observation group received the comprehensive nurs- ing intervention on the basis of the control group. After three months of treatment and nursing, the psychological problems, the awareness rate of relevant knowledge about pneumoconiosis complicated with pulmonary tuberculosis, and the treatment compliance of patients in two groups were investigated by face-to-face interview and questionnaire survey. Results] The indexes of the observa- tion group were better than those of the control group, and the differences were significant （P 〈 0. 01）. Conclusion] After imple- menting the comprehensive nursing intervention, the compliance of patients with coal worker＇s pneumoconiosis complicated with pul- monary tuberculosis has improved significantly, so as to enhance the curative effect and life quality of patients.
