家庭环境因素对精神分裂症影响的Meta分析

目的探讨家庭环境因素对精神分裂症影响的主次关系，从而指导家庭行为，预防精神分裂症的发生。方法利用Meta分析方法对国内公开发表的11篇有关家庭环境因素与精神分裂症关系的文献进行综合再分析。结果与正常对照相比，精神分裂症患者在矛盾性（SMD=0．44）和控制性（SMD=0．39）上的得分均显著增高（P〈0．01），而在亲密度（SMD=-0．45）、情感表达（SMD=-0．34）、独立性（SMD=-0．17）、娱乐性（SMD=-0．33）、道德性（SMD=-0．14）、组织性（SMD=-0．36）上的得分均显著降低（P〈0．01）。结论精神分裂症患者较正常对照受到更多来自家庭环境的负面影响，长期的负性成长环境，极易导致个体人格障碍，从而成为精神分裂症发生的潜在危险因素。

Meta-analysis on the influence of family environment factors on schizophrenia

[ Objective] To study the relationship between family environment factors and schizophrenia, guide the family behavior, and prevent the schizophrenia. [ Methods ] 11 published papers that researched the relationship between family environment factors and schizophrenia in China were investigated by Meta-analysis. [ Results ] Compared with the normal controls, the scores of conflict （ SMD = 0.44 ） and control （ SMD = 0.39 } in the patients with schizophrenia both increased （ P 〈 0.01 ）, while the scores of cohe- sion （ SMD = - 0.45 } , emotional expression （ SMD = - 0.34 } , independence （ SMD = - 0.17 ） , entertainment （ SMD = - 0.33 } , moral view （ SMD = -0. 14 } and organization （ SMD = -0.36 ） in the patients with schizophrenia all reduced （ P 〈 0.01 }. [ Conclusion] The results suggest that patients with schizophrenia have been suffering more negative influence from their family environment as compared with the normal controls. The long-term negative growth environment can easily cause personality disorder, which becomes the potential risk factor of schizophrenia.
