深圳市某地区卫生公示制度在商场卫生监督管理中的效果分析

目的了解卫生公示制度管理模式引入到公共商场的卫生管理体系中的应用效果。方法选择深圳市某地区有代表性的商场20家，10家作为研究组，10家作为对照组，研究组进行卫生公示制度卫生监督管理，对照组进行日常卫生监督管理。对2011—2012年20家商场的日常卫生监督、监测情况、从业人员卫生知识知晓率及顾客满意度等数据进行统计分析。结果实施卫生公示制度与否其商场卫生监督合格率（P〈0．05）、卫生监测合格率（P〈0．05）、从业人员卫生知识知晓率（P〈0．01）及顾客满意度（P〈0．01）比较，差异有统计学意义；顾客满意度中整体评价、卫生管理状况、公共厕所管理、卫生信息获取、商场空气卫生质量、卫生部门的日常卫生监督等6个方面差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论卫生公示制度在商场卫生监督管理中可明显提高卫生监督管理效果和卫生监督质量，能有效地预防公共商场性疾病的发生，方法有效，值得推广。

Analysis on effect of health announcement system on health supervision and management of shopping malls in an area of Shenzhen City

[ Objective ] To understand the application effect of health announcement management mode on health supervision system of public shopping mails. [ Methods] 20 representative shopping malls collected from an area of Shenzhen City were divided into the study group and the control group, 10 shopping malls in each group. The study group received the health announcement manage- ment, and the control group was given the routine health supervision management. The data of daily health supervision, monitoring situation, awareness rate of health knowledge in personnel, and customers＇satisfaction in 20 shopping mails during 2011-2012 were statistically analyzed. [ Results ] There were significant differences in qualified rate of health supervision （ P 〈 0.05）, qualified rate of health monitoring （ P 〈 0.05 ） , awareness rate of health knowledge in personnel （ P 〈 0. 01 ） and customers＇ satisfaction （ P 〈 0.01 ） between two groups. The differences in 6 aspects of customers＇satisfaction were significant, which included overall as- sessment, health management situation, public toilet management, health information acquisition, air quality of shopping malls, and daily health supervision of health department （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. [ Conclusion] The health announcement system can obviously im- prove the effect of health management and the quality of health supervision in shopping malls, and effectively prevent the diseases of shopping malls, which is worth popularizing.
