我国口服有机磷中毒有关导泻的临床研究进展

综述近年来口服有机磷中毒有关导泻的临床研究进展，为临床探索简便有效的导泻方法提供帮助。查阅文献和书籍，从近年来对口服有机磷中毒常用的导泻剂及其导泻效果比较、导泻剂的合理用量、导泻剂的给予时间以及导泄剂与吸附剂的联合使用几个方面的研究进行了阐述。进一步阐述了有效导泻对于抢救口服有机磷中毒患者的重要作用。有效导泻在抢救口服有机磷中毒中的作用不容忽视。在抢救口服有机磷中毒患者中，应采取积极有效的导泻措施，尽早清除患者肠道内的毒素。并与其他救治措施综合应用，可提高抢救成功率，减少致残率。

Oral organophosphorus poisoning-related clinical research progress for catharsis in China

This paper reviews oral organophosphorus poisoning in recent years about the clinical research progress of catharsis, and explore the simple and effective method of catharsis for clinical help. Literatures and books are reviewed to describe the commonly used cathartic, cathartic effect comparison, a reasonable amount of cathartic, cathartic agent given time and combination of cathar- sis agent and adsorbent for oral organophosphorus poisoning. The role of effective catharsis in rescuing oral organophosphate poison- ing patients is further summarized. The effect of catharsis in rescuing oral organophosphate poisoning patients can not be ignored. It is necessary to adopt positive and effective measures to catharsis and early removal of intestinal toxins in rescuing oral organophos- phate poisoning patients. It combined with other treatment measures can improve the success rate and reduce the disability rate.
