摘    要:目的对某煤矿进行职业病危害控制效果评价,为相关部门对该建设项目职业病防护设施竣工验收提供科学依据。方法采用现场调查法、检查表法、检测检验法进行定性和定量评价。结果该建设项目的选址、总体布局、职业病危害防护设施调查及评价、个人防护用品、职业卫生管理等符合国家的规定;生产过程中存在的职业病危害因素为粉尘、噪声、SO2、CO、NO2,其中输煤系统末煤皮带尾部粉尘浓度超标,输煤系统拨煤机岗位噪声超标。结论在职业卫生防护设施运行正常和个体防护措施到位的情况下,该项目职业病危害控制效果基本可行。

Abstract: Objective ] To evaluate the control effect of occupational hazards in the coal mine, and provide scientific evidence for completion and acceptance of occupational protection facilities by relevant department. Methods ] The methods of field investiga- tion, checklist, inspection and testing were applied for the qualitative and quantitative evaluation. Results] The items of selection sites, general layout, investigation and evaluation of occupational disease prevention facilities, personal protective articles, occupa- tional health management were in line with national standards. The main occupational hazards in this project were dust, noise, SO2, CO, NO2. The dust concentration of tail end of the belt conveyer exceeded the standard, and the noise intensity exceeded the standard in dialing coal machine noise of coal handling system. Conclusion ] Under the condition of normal operation of occupation- al health protection facilities and full implementation of individual protection measures, the occupational hazards control is feasible in this project.
