2011年天津市和平区从业人员戊型肝炎病毒IgM抗体携带情况

目的通过检测从业人员血液中戊型肝炎病毒IgM（HEV—IgM）抗体，了解戊型肝炎（以下简称戊肝）在正常人群中的隐性感染情况，为预防和控制戊肝的流行提供依据。方法对2011年到天津市和平区疾病预防控制中心进行健康检查的天津市从业人员共33211人的HEV-IgM抗体进行检测，并对检验结果进行分析。结果2011年天津市从业人员33211人中HEV-IgM抗体阳性为22人，阳性率为0．66％；高于临床报病发病率的47．8倍。在检测人群中以31—40岁年龄组HEV—IgM抗体检出比例最高，被检出人员均无肝炎相关症状和其他阳性体征；经X^2检验，不同性别、不同职业的HEV—IgM抗体阳性率差异无统计学意义。结论加强对从事服务领域的人员隐形感染的筛查，对保护人群具有十分重要的意义。

Carrying status of HEV-IgM antibody among employees in Heping District of Tianjin in 2011

Objective] By detecting the hepatitis E virus （HEV） IgM antibody in blood of employees, to know the inapparent infection condition of hepatitis E in the normal population, provide the basis for preventing and controlling prevalence of hepatitis E. Methods] HEV-IgM antibodies were detected in 33 211 employees who have received the physical examination in Heping Center for Disease Control and Prevention of Tianjin in 2011, and the results were analyzed. Results ] The HEV-IgM antibody was found in 22 people of 33 211 employees, and the positive rate was 0.66%~, which was 47.8 times higher than the clinical reported inci- dence rate. The positive rate of HEV-IgM antibody in 31-40 year-old age group was the highest, and there were no relevant symp- toms of hepatitis E and other positive signs in all people who had HEV-IgM antibody. The results of X2 test showed that the differ- ences in positive rate of HEV-IgM antibody among people of different sex and occupation were not significant. Conclusion ] The screening of inapparent infection among employees engaged in service field plays a significant role in protecting the general public.
