摘    要:目的了解北京市昌平区蔬菜中农药残留状况,为政府部门有效监管提供依据。方法2010-2012年在该辖区内随机抽取蔬菜样品150份,进行有机磷、拟除虫菊酯、有机氯农药残留检测。结果150份蔬菜样品中检出拟除虫菊酯25份,超标2份,检出率和超标率分别为16.67%和1.33%;有机磷检出7份,超标2份,检出率和超标率分别为4.67%和1.33%;有机氯检出1份,未超标,检出率为0.67%。结论昌平区市售蔬菜中存在不同程度的农药污染,应加强蔬菜在种植及销售环节的监测与安全管理,同时从源头禁止高毒农药的使用,确保市民食用蔬菜的安全。

Abstract: Objective] To understand the status of pesticide residues in vegetables in Changping District of Beijing, provide a basis for the government to carry out the effective supervision. Methods] From 2010 to 2012, 150 samples of vegetables were randomly collected in Changping District, to test the residues of organophosphorus pesticide, pyrethroid and organochlorine pesticide. Results] Among 150 vegetable samples, the pyrethroid was detected in 25 samples, and 2 samples exceeded the standard, which the detection rate and over standard rate was 16.67% and 1.33% respectively. The organophosphorus pesticide was detected in 7 samples, and 2 samples exceeded the standard, which the detection rate and over standard rate was 4. 67% and 1.33% respectively. The organochlorine pesticide was detected in 1 sample, and no sample exceeded the standard, which the detection rate was 0.67%. Conclusion] There are different levels of pesticide pollution in the vegetables of Changping District. It is necessary to enhance the monitoring and security management during vegetable cultivation and sale, and forbid the use of high-toxic pesticides from the source, to ensure the safety of consumers.
