2006--2012年无锡市农药中毒流行病学分析

摘    要:目的了解近年来无锡市农药中毒情况,为制定防治农药中毒策略,控制农药中毒发生提供科学依据。方法选取无锡市2006--2012年中国疾病预防控制信息报告系统农药中毒报告卡,用Excel软件进行统计分析。结果2006--2012年无锡市共发生农药中毒1878例,死亡158例,病死率8.41%。男性中毒848人,占45.15%;女性中毒1030人,占54.85%。生产性中毒298例,病死率1.34%;非生产性中毒1580例,病死率9.75%。生产性农药中毒多发于第3季度,非生产性中毒多发于第2、3季度。生产性农药中毒主要由杀虫剂类引起,而非生产性农药中毒主要由杀虫剂类和除草剂类引起。结论无锡市农药中毒情况仍较为严重,应制定有效的防治措施减少生产性尤其是非生产性农药中毒的发生。

Abstract:[ Objective] To realize the status of pesticide poisoning in Wuxi City in recent year, provide scientific basis for making the prevention strategies of pesticide poisoning and reducing the incidence rate of pesticide poisoning. [ Methods ] The report cards of pesticide poisoning in Wuxi City from 2006-2012 were collected from China disease prevention and control information reporting system, and analyzed statistically by Excel software. [ Results] A total of 1 878 cases of pesticide poisoning were reported in Wuxi City from 2006-2012, and there were 158 death cases with the mortality rate of 8.41%. There were 848 male patients and 1 030 fe- male patients, which accounted for 45.15% and 54.85% respectively. 298 cases were productive poisoning with the mortality rate of 1.34% , while 1 580 cases were nonproductive poisoning with the mortality rate of 9.75%. The cases of productive poisoning mainly occurred in the third quarter, and cases of nonproductive poisoning mainly occurred in the second and three quarter. The productive pesticide poisoning chiefly caused by pesticides, while the nonproductive pesticide poisoning mainly induced by pesti- cides and herbicides. [ Conclusion] The pesticide poisoning is still serious in Wuxi City, so it is necessary to develop the effective prevention and control measures to reduce the productive and nonproductive pesticide poisoning.
