| 摘 要： | 目的研究NM23H1基因蛋白在血清、胃癌组织的表达与胃癌临床TNM分期的关系。方法分别用ELISA法及免疫组织化学S-P法,检测69例胃癌病人血清、原发灶切除标本NM23H1表达情况,观察其表达特性并研究其表达与胃癌临床TNM分期的关系。结果NM23H1在血清、胃癌组织中的表达均随胃癌的临床TNM分期的加重而降低,与患者淋巴结转移呈负相关,与预后呈正相关。结论血清及胃癌组织中NM23H1蛋白含量可以有助于判断胃癌临床TNM分期,估计淋巴结转移情况。
