水蒸汽提取与超临界萃取丁香化学成分的研究

摘    要:目的:研究CO2超临界萃取技术(SFE)用于丁香油提取的可行性。方法:利用气-质分析比较了丁香超临界提取物及水蒸汽蒸馏丁香油的化学组成,并建立了其药效主要成分丁香酚气相色谱含量测定方法。结果:2种方法获得的丁香油主要成分组成基本一致,但SFE获得的丁香油及其中丁香酚的收率均提高了1倍以上。结论:SFE可以取代水蒸汽蒸馏技术用于丁香油的提取。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the feasibility of extracting Eugenia oil by supercrit ical-CO 2 fluid extraction(SFE).Method:The chemical constituents of extracts from Flos Cryophylli by SFE and eugenia oil by steam distillation method were compared and analyzed by GC-MS.Eugenol,the main pharmacodynamic ingredient,in the eugenia oil extracted from SFE was measured quantita tively by GC.Results:The main constituents from the two different methods were basal consistent.But the recoery rate of eugenol by SFE was one more time than that by the steam distillation.Conclu sion:SFE method maybe a better method to extract eu genia oil and could replace the traditional steam dis til la tion method.
