摘    要:Wnt信号通路分为经典通路与非经典通路,Wnt信号经典通路其在成骨细胞的分化、增殖与合成骨基质方面起到关键的作用。近来发现非经典信号通路在骨形成也占有一个重要的角色,通过抑制骨髓基质干细胞成脂分化而增加成骨分化。此外,Wnt信号抑制因子也参与成骨分化的调节。

Abstract:There are two pathways of Wnt signaling: b-catenin dependent canonical and independent non-canonical pathways.Wnt/ b-catenin canonical pathway play an important role in modulating osteogenetic differentiation,osteoblast proliferation,and bonematrix formation.More recently,non-canonical Wnt signaling was shown to play a role in bone formation,which increase osteoblasgenesis through attenuating adipogenesis of mesenchymal stem cells in bone marrow.In addition, Wnt inhibitory factor also take part in the development for osteoblasgenesis.
