65例肾结核临床疗效观察

目的：探讨肾结核的临床表现及有效的治疗方法。方法：对2006年1月～2009年8月共收治的65例肾结核患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果：单纯药物治疗的12例患者均治愈。40例肾功能中度受损者在药物抗结核治疗中,有23例经复查肾功能明显改善,继续药物治疗9～11个月后,全部肾功能恢复正常;17例需行肾切除术,继续抗结核治疗9～11个月后,14例肾功能恢复正常,3例明显好转,继续抗结核治疗。9例肾功能重度受损者,抗结核治疗后行肾切除术,术后继续抗结核治疗后肾功能恢复正常7例,1例明显好转,1例转院治疗。结论：肾结核是全身性结核病,所以在治疗上也必须重视全身治疗并结合局部病变情况全面考虑,才能收到比较满意的效果。

Study on clinical effects of 65 cases with renal tuberculosis

Objective：To explore the clinical manifestations and effective treatment methods on renal tuberculosis.Methods：65 cases with renal tuberculosis from January 2006 to August 2009 were chose,and treated in the clinical data were analyzed retrospectively.Results：The simple drug treatment for 12 patients were all cured.40 patients with moderately impaired renal function in the drug anti-tuberculosis treatment,23 cases were reviewed significantly improved renal function,to continue drug therapy 9 to 11 months later,all the renal function returned to normal;17 cases of renal required resec tion of continue to anti-tuberculosis treatment 9 to 11 months later,14 cases of renal function returned to normal,3 pa tients improved markedly,to continue anti-tuberculosis treatment.9 patients with severe impaired renal function,Anti-tu berculosis treatment by nephrectomy,after continued anti-tuberculosis treatment after renal function returned to normal in 7 cases,1 case marked improvement,1 case referral institutions.Conclusion：The renal tuberculosis is the part of the body,so also must pay attention to the treatment for systemic treatment in combination with partial lesions fully taken into ac count in order to receive satisfactory results.
