医院门诊实施控烟干预后人群的吸烟状况调查

目的降低吸烟率，降低吸烟引起相关疾病的危险度，提高医务人员的信誉度。方法于2003年11月～2004年8月对我院门诊大楼内工作人员、到门诊来就诊的病人及陪护人员进行吸烟问卷调查和吸烟知识知晓情况调查，分别选定门诊大楼的1、3、5、7、9楼各楼层诊室外的通道与候诊厅进行空气中CO含量监测，然后请呼吸科教授定期做相关知识的讲座，开通咨询电话，定时播放录像，制作宣传栏和警语，免费发放宣传手册等。结果研究前人群的总吸烟率为36．09％，其中男性为54．89％，女性为6．39％，经过10个月的研究后调查人群的总吸烟率为34．20％，其中男性为53．43％，女性为6．07％。结论通过有计划、有目的的干预措施，能够降低人群的吸烟率，特别是医务人员的吸烟率，树立医务人员的良好形象。

Investigation of the Situation of People Smoking After Controlling in Outpatients Clinic

Objective To decrease smoking rate, minimize the risks of smoking related diseases and to improve smoking status in the people, we established the non--smoking ambulant department and increased the credibility of medical personnel as well. Methods Medical personnel in ambulant department, ambulant patients and accompanies were surveyed on smoking questionnaire and smoking knowl- edge from November 2003 to November 2004. The corridors outside the clinic rooms and the waiting room in the 1st, 3rd, 5th, 7th, 9thfloor were chosen to detect the CO contents in the air separately. Many interventions were done such as inviting professors in respiratory department to lecture concerned knowledge periodically, setting up consulting telephone lines, displaying videos periodically, making propagation column, and warning message, delivering propagation booklets free of charge. Results Smoking rate in the people was 36.09% before this study, 54.89% for male and 6.39% for female. After 10 months study, the total smoking rate was 34.20% in the people, 53.43% for male and 6.07% for female. Conclusions We can decrease smoking rate in the people and set up a good image of medical personnel by implementing interventions as planned and purposely.
